The event commenced with Ms. Leejala Shakya and Ms. Anwesha Pandey as emcees, setting an enthusiastic tone for the day. The chairing ceremony featured dignitaries including Mrs. Rohini Pradhan (Chairperson), Mr. Subodh Gautam (Chief Guest), and other esteemed guests like Mr. Aashant Sharma, Mr. Suraj Poudel, Mr. Madan Shrestha, Mr. Sunil Nepal, Mr. Ekaraj Aryal (Chief Administrator Officer), and Ms. Durga Pandey (ECA Coordinator). The guests were warmly welcomed with Khada by Alina Singh and Jesica Kunwar.Following the national anthem, the event was inaugurated with the lighting of the Panas by the Chief Guest and Chairperson, accompanied by a mesmerizing Mangalacharan performed by Aahil Khadka and Libby Mali.
