With a rich background in multi-sectoral leadership roles, including School Management Consultant, former School Principal, published columnist, and public speaker, Niladri Sir brings a wealth of experience to the table. Based in Kathmandu, Nepal, he has dedicated his career to shaping strategic visions and fostering innovative teaching practices that align with global educational standards. His decade-long tenure as a K12, IB Continuum School Principal has honed his ability to drive educational excellence and operational efficiency. Niladri Sir is passionate about empowering students and helping them unlock their full potential.
Kaustuv Bhattarai
As the Growth Officer at Skill Lab, Kaustuv Bhattarai plays a crucial role in career guidance and upskilling programs. With over 20 career guidance sessions at top schools in Nepal and workshops for students of SOS Children’s Villages, Kaustuv combines his expertise in career development with a strong academic background in Industrial Engineering and Management from Jacobs University Bremen. His experience in logistics, market research, and curriculum development ensures impactful sessions that inspire students toward professional growth.
Sumi Amatya
A passionate Training & Placement Officer at Skill Lab, Sumi Amatya is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve career success. With a background in Psychology and certification as an International Certified Career Coach, Sumi has conducted over 30 career guidance sessions and 50+ career service orientations. Her ability to connect with students and professionals has made her a key figure in shaping students’ future careers.
